My hearts mission is to offer a holistic, effective and longlasting therapy and support for you and your family, for a healthy and happy life.
Over the last 15 years I trained intesively in body, mental and spiritual therapies. Often the body is being treated separately to its mind and spirit. But this is not meeting our needs as a complex higher conscious human being.
Newest Sciences, Neurosciences, Psychology and Quantum Physics show how our body is affected by its thoughts and emotions and vice versa. For our holistic wellbeing we have to adress all.
With my individual mix of Osteopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Orthomolekular Medicine, Psychotherapy, Coaching, Yoga and Meditation, I was able to fully heal my own challenges of depression, autoimmunal Hashimoto's thyroid desease, irritable bowel syndrome and menstrual cylce imbalances.
As an Osteopath, Naturopath, Physiotherapeutist, Yoga Teacher and Coach I combine my broad knowledge to a truely holistic approach for you and your family.
